Cancellation Policy
At Emmett Hayes Voice Studio, the initial voice consultation is offered free of charge to all prospective students. This session is an opportunity to assess your vocal needs and goals while introducing you to the teaching methods and environment. Please review the following policies for scheduling and attendance: Rescheduling: Voice consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate changes in your schedule. Missed Consultations: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the free session. If you wish to rebook, you will be required to pay for the consultation at the standard lesson rate. Attendance Commitment: Please ensure you arrive on time and prepared to make the most of this free consultation. By scheduling a voice consultation, you agree to these policies.
